The Kings was founded in 2009 by Cory Navarro, a Filipino entrepreneur with diverse experience in the manpower industry. She believed that the Filipinos are bringing with them an extensive educational attainment that can compete with developed countries and that the Philippines has a big pool of talent that can match the labor demands of First world countries. Even back then, more than a decade ago, Cory had extensive, hands-on experience with Filipino talents, having founded a manpower company in the Philippines. She knew from first-hand experience that the Philippines offered rich pool of talents that could be leveraged by most SMEs and medium-large enterprises. So she founded The Kings City to take offshoring to the world.
Today, more than a decade since our inception, we employ more than 10,000+ employees and we support those clients and employees with our seasoned HR & Operations Teams.
